Caught like a Firefly
February 26, 2019
by Neil Garvie
A poem
caught like a firefly
in the forest
held in a jar
raised in wonder
hear its busy protest
scan its bright detail
admire
savour
before you
let it fly away
to share with others
also
searching for fireflies
in the forest.
Mother Nature Eats Her Kind
Alive with images of the natural world (both beautiful and brutal),
Neil Garvie reveals the worldly rhythms within which we are intrinsically entwined and connected.
